Knowledge is Progress
NPCs do not simply hand out quests. They reveal rumors, problems, loyalties, fears, and opportunities.
Current Project
Rise from nothing. Learn who matters. Become someone.
Lowborn Rising is a medieval rise-from-nothing game about survival, reputation, knowledge, and consequence. You begin as someone with no power, no title, and very little protection.
Progress does not come from following markers. It comes from listening, asking questions, remembering what people say, and using what you learn.
NPCs do not simply hand out quests. They reveal rumors, problems, loyalties, fears, and opportunities.
People remember how you act. Trust, resentment, fear, and status shape what becomes possible.
Not every opportunity waits forever. Some doors open because of your choices. Others close for the same reason.
The goal is not to save the world on day one. It is to survive, maneuver, gain influence, and become someone who matters.
Lowborn Rising is being built around a topic-based knowledge system. When your character learns something important, that knowledge can become something you bring up in future conversations.
The design goal is simple: make conversation feel like investigation, not a checklist.
Lowborn Rising is in early development. Core systems, interface, conversation structure, and the first playable slice are currently being shaped.
